  • To improve and Educate Civic Awareness among MPS Customers;
  • To increase Cooperation between Government Agencies, Private Citizens, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Professional Bodies; and
  • To upgrade all aspects of Public Utilities and Infrastructures in Seremban

THE ROLE OF MEMBERS IN IMPLEMENTING MS ISO 9001: 2015

  • To understand the basic requirements in establishing the Quality Management System of Seremban Municipal Council.
  • To understand the Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Work Instructions and other supporting documents.
  • To perform duties in accordance with the documented work processes in order to continuously improve work quality.
  • To provide an EFFICIENT, EFFECTIVE and QUALITY service to customers in order to ensure that quality objectives are fully achieved .
  • To provide recommendations to improve quality of service.
