A temporary permit is issued to businesses that are carried out temporarily, for example during the month of Ramadhan. The permit is issued to enable MPS to monitor temporary businesses at locations determined by the Council.
 
Procedures and Requirements:-
  • Applications can be made by submitting a complete and clearly written Temporary Permit Application form with the required supporting documents attached and sent to:-

    Department of Licensing and Cleaning
    TINGKAT BAWAH, MAJLIS PERBANDARAN SEREMBAN

Supporting Documents :-
  • One copy of applicant’s and assistant’s identity cards.

  • 2 copies of applicant’s passport size photograph.

  • 2 copies of assistant’s passport size photograph.

  • A copy of the Food Handling/ Operating Certificate for applicants wishing to sell food.

  • Written permission from the premise owner if the business is done on other person’s premise.

  • A processing fee of RM10.00.
